Once you've placed your order, you'll recieve our standard order confirmation. As soon as your order is ready for pick-up, we'll send you another email (usually within 1 hour of purchase).
Arrive at the store with your order number or email confirmation to pick up your order.
Pick-up orders are ready within a one hour window of placing the order. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is ready for pick up.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee early pick-up of orders. Please give the designated store a call to see if the order can be ready early, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
The location that you send in the order will be the location that the order will be prepared at.
Please come into the designated store to pick-up your order. If curbside assistance is needed, give us a call and we will be happy to assist you with curbside pickup.
Please bring a valid form of identification and/or a copy of your order confirmation when you go to pick-up your order.
By opting for in-store pick up, the customer acknowledges their responsibility to collect the purchased items from the designated store within the agreed time frame. The store will retain the items for up to 7 days after the purchase date. At the time of pick up, the customer must present a valid government-issued photo ID and a copy of the order confirmation. If the items are not picked up within the designated period, the store reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the customer.
