To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Sale items cannot be refunded. R&R branded products have a manufacturer guarantee, as long as the product is returned within 30 days of purchase. All returns and exchanges must have the receipt present.

We ship all of our orders 2-day Priority Mail with USPS, UPS, or FedEx. All online orders placed before 1 pm CST will be shipped out same-day.
