This cream is amazing to help reduce pain and inflammation, especially if you have back pain. You can apply it am/pm. You can apply it after you Ice your back. You can even use it for your knees or other parts of your body where you have pain. But, you have to be consistent in order to see improvement in pain.

This cream actually works! It's the only thing that brings me some relief with my arthritic toe. I wish it wasn't as expensive though as I would love it in a larger size to use on larger areas of the body (neck & shoulders). That would be amazing!
I have had arthritis is my hand and wrist for years. I have tried all the OTC creams and some CBD cream. I tried the Relief cream recently and noticed an improvement within minutes. Wow, my hands are less achy.
I have not used it on myself yet, though I have used on my wife's back pains and she and I are both surprised that her pain vanished quickly. I'm able to apply the cream where a roll on or stick type would not be able to reach. I have a lot of pain in my feet and ankles that I use this on and it is a god send.
I have been using this product for three weeks now, and after just one week, my knee showed significant improvement in mobility. I especially noticed it when getting up from a seated position as I no longer had to wait and flex the knee several times before I felt comfortable walking. The product is non-greasy, and has a clean, fresh scent. I am greatly pleased with it.
